Thoughts and Prayers For Storm Victims

At Classic Metal Roofing Systems, our hearts and prayers go out to the hundreds of thousands who have been affected by the horribly devastating tornadoes and other storms that have pummeled our country in recent weeks.

We do not understand the relentlessness of these weather patterns nor the continuing destruction. We pray that, in the midst of this, somehow, those affected will be shown the love and compassion of our Creator.

My father had a business destroyed by one of Ohio’s infamous 1965 Palm Sunday tornadoes. Then, when I was in college, the subdivision my family lived in was struck by a tornado which destroyed five homes and damaged many others. Fortunately, my family’s home was unscathed but we spent the night helping out our neighbors. As a father, I live in fear of the destruction that a tornado causes for families. As a business owner, I live in fear of the disruption that a tornado would create for a business and its team members.

The roofing business, unfortunately, means that your business is constantly driven by weather. Were it not for severe weather, there would be no need for roofing. We’d like that in all actuality. We’d find something else to do if that was the case. But unfortunately bad weather does exist and we try our best to help contractors and homeowners alike react and recover quickly when their roofs need to be replaced.

The prayer team at our company is praying for those who have been affected by these recent storms. You and your pain are on our minds and hearts. If there is anything we can do to help you in recovery efforts, please let us know.
