The Passions That Drive Us — Second in our Series

We recently asked our team members to share their passions — to put in writing what it is that drives them to come to work each day. The results showed a team made up of individuals who love to serve, both individually and alongside others. These passions are what allow us to consistently meet customer needs. The following is from Ryan Bell, our Marketing Support Specialist and Graphics Designer.

First off, I have to say that the passion of every team member here at Classic is contagious and has directly had a positive impact on me personally since the day I joined this team. I would say my passion or fuel is in finding ways to be creatively different, whether it’s through a visual solution or just the overall message we are trying to convey. I think it’s very important for us, and our dealers, to differentiate ourselves and “stand out” in the market. I don’t believe you gain the term “industry leader” or “expert” by playing it safe and doing what everyone else is doing. I hope to carry this passion on to our dealers as we work together to stand out in the crowd and differentiate ourselves and our products.
