For many of us, January 1st brought the yearly ritual of New Year’s resolutions – taking a step back to look at our lives and set goals for personal improvement. Year after year, the most popular resolution is to improve one’s health and fitness and, according to Time Magazine, it is also the one most commonly broken resolutions.
Dealing with the harsh winter weather often quickly derails our most well-intentioned fitness plans. Fortunately, Livestrong has some great ideas on how to maintain and improve one’s fitness while staying home and using the simplest of equipment.
And, as added motivation, remember that the better shape we are in come spring, the better prepared we will be to tackle our next home improvement projects!
