The Passions That Drive Us — Fifth In Our Series

We recently asked our team members to share their passions — to put in writing what it is that drives them to come to work each day. The results showed a team made up of individuals who love to serve, both individually and alongside others. These passions are what allow us to consistently meet customer needs. The following is from Diane Hammer, one of our Customer Support Specialists.
“Every day I look forward to making a new friend.
I love talking to my regular customers on a daily basis. The friendships we have cultivated over the years mean so much to me.
I love helping people & get excited when I can help a customer. I remember a homeowner in New England calling me in tears after we had sent someone to fix her roofing problem. She said it was the first time in many, many years that she didn’t have any leaks. She was so happy that she couldn’t quit crying.
I’m energized by the positive comments I get from our customers—both dealers and homeowners. I love it when a homeowner says, “I called three or four companies and you’re the only one that’s called me back.”
