The Passions That Drive Us — Seventh In Our Series

We recently asked our team members to share their passions — to put in writing what it is that drives them to come to work each day. The results showed a team made up of individuals who love to serve, both individually and alongside others. These passions are what allow us to consistently meet customer needs. The following is from Kelly Luthman. Kelly is Administrative Assistant for our Sales and Marketing group.
I love to make people feel welcomed and valued. When I welcome someone into our building or take a phone call, I want the person on the receiving end to feel special and valued, as well as glad that they called or came in. I never want them to feel as if they are interruption, but to know that they are the reason we are here and do what we do. We offer a fabulous product, but unless their experience with us is also fabulous, they may never get to the part of actually looking at or purchasing the outstanding product that we have to offer them.
