The Passions That Drive Us — Third In Our Series

We recently asked our team members to share their passions — to put in writing what it is that drives them to come to work each day. The results showed a team made up of individuals who love to serve, both individually and alongside others. These passions are what allow us to consistently meet customer needs. The following is from Tina Snyder, Customer Support Specialist.

For me, I would say that what I strive to do is interact with customers, find out what they need and then make sure that their requests are taken care of as quickly & efficiently as possible. I hope that doesn’t sound simplistic ~ I’ve heard many times over the years about how great our company’s customer service is, and that’s always made me feel good.

That’s not simplistic at all, Tina! It is what our customers deserve and what we strive to be known for!
