OBSERVATION ABOUT METAL ROOFING

I use Google Alerts to let me know whenever a news story or blog post hits the web about metal roofing. One thing I have noticed is that, more and more often, when a house that is for sale somewhere has a metal roof, the owner or realtor is making a big deal of that fact in their advertising listing for the home.
They appear to be recognizing and appreciating the value and other benefits offered by metal roofing, seeing it as a real enhancement and selling point for the home.
I have a feeling that we will be seeing more and more of that in future years.
